Your Role:

As a caregiver, you’ll play a vital role in helping seniors stay safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes while delivering compassionate, high-quality care.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide companionship and emotional support

  • Assist with daily activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility)

  • Help with light housekeeping and meal preparation

  • Offer medication reminders

  • Build strong relationships with clients and families

  • Show up reliably and provide consistent, quality care


What We’re Looking For

  • Active Massachusetts CNA license or HHA certification

  • Caring, dependable, and professional attitude

  • Experience in home care, assisted living, or similar settings (preferred)

  • Strong communication skills

  • Reliable transportation is a plus


Health Requirements

  • TB screening (within the last 12 months)

  • MMR, Varicella, and Tetanus records
