Pay: $70-$80k annually

What You’ll Do

Provide clinical supervision, guidance, and support to field nurses

Conduct in‑home supervisory visits to ensure high‑quality, compliant care

Develop, review, and update individualized care plans

Train, mentor, and onboard nursing staff

Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams

Ensure documentation accuracy and regulatory compliance (Missouri)

What You Bring

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Missouri (required)

Strong clinical assessment and leadership skills

Experience in home health, private duty nursing, or related field preferred

Must have nursing supervisory experience

Ability to build trust and communicate clearly with clients, families, and staff

Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills
