Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and implement recreational activities, social events, and outings to promote resident engagement and interaction
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive activity program, taking into account individual resident preferences and needs
• Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as needed
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop individualized care plans, ensuring continuity of care
• Maintain accurate records of resident participation and progress
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a positive and supportive team environment

Requirements:

• Ability to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
