The health center nurse is accountable to the Health Center Medical Director, Executive Director, patient and family for all nursing behavior. Patient population includes: all age groups to include children, adolescents, adults and geriatrics. EDUCATION: Completion of a Medical Assistant program. REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS (IF APPLICABLE): Must provide a transcript or diploma of completion of a medical assistant program. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: One to two years nursing experience in a physician’s office, preferably primary care.
