The Clinical Research Nurse II serves as the departmental and disease team resource for nursing considerations of research protocol initiation and implementation. The Clinical Research Nurse II performs basic and more advanced nursing skills, study coordination and data management of Phase I - IV inpatient and outpatient clinical research studies, industry trials and grant supported research in accordance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP), with a central focus on managing subject recruitment and enrollment, consistency of study implementation, data management and integrity, and compliance with regulatory requirements and reporting.

Education
Bachelor’s degree in nursing.
3+ years clinical research experience required in addition to 1+ years nursing experience
Licensures/Certifications
Current Pennsylvania nursing license. Hospital credentialing as required.
BLS preferred within 30 days of hire.
