Full-Time - Night shift (Every Third or Fourth Weekend Rotation)

We are seeking a dedicated LPN Unit Manager/Floor Nurse to join our skilled nursing team. LPN applicant should have strong clinical and leadership skills and is committed to providing quality resident care and supporting our nursing team.

Qualifications:

  • Current LPN license in Ohio

  • 2 or more years of nursing experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred.

  • 1 year of nurse management experience

  • Strong communication, teamwork, and leadership abilities.

  • Compassionate and dependable, with a commitment to excellent resident care.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as charge nurse and provide direct resident care as needed.

  • Supervise and support nursing staff to ensure quality clinical outcomes.

  • Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to the appropriate provider.

  • Administer medications and treatments accurately and in a timely manner.

  • Maintain proper documentation and follow facility policies and procedures.

  • Rotate every other weekend as part of the supervisory schedule.

  • This position will be off the cart only when the census is at 95 or above; otherwise, nurse will take a medication cart.
