Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Webster Manor Rehab
Up to a $2,000 sign-on bonus available!* Full-time openings on 7a-3p, including an every other weekend rotation. $23 to $27 an hour with differentials with weekly pay. Evenings, overnights, and weekends have shift differentials. As a CNA, you will provide routine daily nursing care to our residents, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met in accordance with our established nursing care procedures.
Responsibilities:
Provide routine daily nursing care to residents, including personal care, vital signs, and gentle bathing
Participate in planning and following current resident care plans
Complete resident assignments effectively and promptly
Observe changes in resident conditions and report them accurately
Document resident care accurately and completely
Meet personal grooming needs for each resident
Promptly answer call lights and assure that all are placed within reach of the resident
Maintain a clean and orderly resident care area
Identify residents using correct methods
Demonstrate correct safety techniques
Requirements:
Must be a registered certified nurse's aide in accordance with the laws of this state

Must have knowledge of restorative nursing and rehabilitation policies and utilize appropriately
Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
Must possess the ability to make independent decisions and deal tactfully with personnel, residents, and the general public
Must have patience, tact, a cheerful disposition, and enthusiasm
