3 Days a Week/WEEKENDS/ Springfield, Missouri & Surrounding Areas

Ready for a nursing role that gives you balance and purpose? We’re hiring a dedicated LPN or RN for Private Duty Nursing (PDN) with a consistent 3-day work week serving patients in Springfield, Missouri and nearby rural communities.

Position Highlights:

Work just 3 days per week (consistent schedule)
One-on-one, in-home patient care
Serve both city and quiet rural settings
Build meaningful, lasting patient relationships
Supportive team and reliable communication

What You’ll Do:

Provide individualized nursing care in the home
Administer medications and treatments
Monitor patient condition and report changes
Assist with daily living needs per care plan
Maintain accurate and timely documentation

What We’re Looking For:

Active LPN or RN license (Missouri)
Compassionate, dependable, and self-motivated
Comfortable working independently in a home setting
Strong clinical and communication skills
