What You'll Do As an In-Home RN/LPN, you'll participate in the day-to-day coordination and delivery of skilled nursing services while providing teaching and nursing visits that help ensure the highest quality of care. Responsibilities include: Performs client visits as needed with authorization by the Division of Senior and Disability Services, as well as reassessment visits for In-Home Services and Advanced Personal Care (APC) clients.
