Position: Caregiver

Job Type: Part-Time/Full-Time

Pay Rate: $16-$19 per hour

Schedule: Flexible (Include days, evenings, weekends, etc., as applicable)

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in the home care industry.

  • Demonstrated compassion and commitment to caring for others.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential.

  • Must pass a background check and provide professional references.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide compassionate care to clients in their homes.

  • Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.

  • Engage clients in activities that enhance their quality of life.

  • Maintain clear and professional communication with clients, their families, and team members.

  • Adhere to all health and safety guidelines and company policies.
