Position Highlights
- Work location: 1301 Pennsylvania Ave. Fort Worth, TX 76104
- Hours: Monday - Friday 8am -5pm flexible schedule

- Current RN licensure upon hire Required
- Associate's Degree Graduate of an accredited Nursing program
- Completion of BSN within two years of earliest start date in a Texas Health RN role is required.
- Bachelor's Degree Nursing preferred OR
- Master’s Degree health-related field preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in acute care setting required
- 1 year of experience in healthcare quality/performance improvement preferred
- CPHQ – Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality 3 years preferred
- Microsoft Office skills, knowledgeable in the application of statistical data.
- Prefer Knowledge of Joint Commission and standards, PI tools, Lean Principles and statistical analysis.
- Pursues/achieves/maintains required applicable certification and licensure.
- Pursues professional growth and development of required knowledge and skills
- Promote stakeholder engagement and interprofessional collaboration to improve care processes, patient outcomes, and patient experience.
- Communicate effectively with a wide variety of audiences to support achievement of quality goals.
- Implement standard performance and process improvement (PPI) methods.
- Acquire data from source systems.
- Use organizational procedures to identify and report patient safety risks and events.
- Use knowledge of standards and regulations to facilitate and support continuous regulatory compliance, serving as a subject matter expert for others.
- Monitor the impact of value-based payment initiatives and quality report cards
