External Job Description

Responsibilities align with the needs of our clients in assisting with daily activities to include, but not limited to the following:

Housekeeping and Meal preparation

Companionship

Personal hygiene care

Transportation assistance

Other light duties as assigned

Qualifications

Eighteen years of age or older
Valid Driver’s License
6 months experience as a Caregiver (Professional or Familial)
CNA/HHA Certification or successful completion of HHA Competency Test (Given by AWC)
Current CPR Certification
Level 2 Background Check through AHCA
- This position is subject to a level 2 background screening. For more information on the Florida state background screening process and standards, please access and review the Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse.
TB Clearance Per State Regulations
Effective verbal and written communication
Capable of working responsibly with confidential information
Accountable, reliable, and ability to work independently with good judgement
Successful completion of pre-employment background check

Bay Area Direct Client Care has 2 has immediate opening for an experienced home health aide/CNA in our medical group home. Ideal candidate will have experience working with multiple patients who are medically complex. 1st position is fulltime days 7am-7pm days needed rotate from week to week ex: ( Fri, Sat, Sun then Wed. (the next week is Mon, Tues) ( pay cycle runs Wed-Tue and paid out every Friday). Note training is paid at training rate of $15/hr. Once solo shift is initiated will start regular pay rate that is tiered between ($17-20/hr). 2nd Position is part time 9am-5pm with 2 weekends a month to include Sat and Sun. In this role you are the bonus aide needed for daily patient care. Weekly pay, with direct deposit. Pay rate$20/ hr Note training is paid at training rate of $15/hr.
