Who We Are:

The Cath Lab at Elliot Hospital is a state-of-the-art facility offering advanced cardiovascular care and treatments. Our highly trained staff of doctors, nurses, technicians, and therapists provides the highest quality care for our patients. The lab offers comprehensive diagnostic services using the latest technology including cardiac catheterization, echocardiography, CT scans, MRI scans, and nuclear imaging. We also specialize in interventional procedures such as angioplasty, stenting, arrhythmia treatment, ventricular assist devices, and valve repair or replacement.

About the Job:

As a Cath Lab RN at Elliot Hospital, you will provide the highest quality of care for our patients with cardiovascular conditions. You will be part of a team that performs advanced procedures such as cardiac catheterization, angioplasty, and valve repair or replacement. Your responsibilities include preparing patients for their procedures, administering medications, monitoring assessments during and after the procedure, providing comfort and support to the patient, documenting care, and educating patients about their condition. You will also maintain a clean and organized Cath Lab environment, order supplies, and ensure compliance with safety standards. As part of our team of healthcare professionals, you will play an important role in delivering excellence in cardiovascular care.

What You’ll Do:

  • Helps with diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization, vascular, and other cardiovascular procedures, such as cardiac device implantation, electrophysiology studies/ablations, transesophageal echocardiograms, and electrical cardioversions.
  • Performs emergency catheterization procedures like IABP and temporary pacemaker placement.
  • Under the supervision of a licensed cardiologist, electrophysiologist, interventional radiologist, or surgeon.
  • Patient/family interview, examination, and clinical data review are used to assess patient status and needs before procedure. Physician and other team members are informed of patient status and needs.
  • Performs peri-procedure care for complicated patients and invasive procedures.
  • Performs cathlab hemodynamic monitoring and recording system analysis to ensure full and accurate waveform, value, and other system functions.

Who You Are:

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Bachelor of Science in Nursing strongly preferred.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of critical care experience.
  • New Hampshire Registered Nurse or Compact State Registered Nurse License. BCLS, ACLS required.

The Oxford Rehab is looking for an MDS Coordinator who will be responsible for coordinating the Minimum Data Set (MDS) process, overseeing resident care plans, and ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations. The Oxford is a 120-bed skilled nursing facility. $40 to $45 an hour if an LPN, $45 to $50 if an RN. Weekly pay.
