Position Summary:

As a Home Care Aide, you’ll provide non-medical support and companionship to seniors and adults with disabilities. Responsibilities include:

Assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Supporting safe mobility within the home
- Performing light housekeeping tasks (laundry, vacuuming, dishes, etc.)
- Preparing nutritious meals and snacks based on client needs and preferences
- Accompanying clients to appointments and errands
- Providing meaningful companionship through conversation and activities
- Offering medication reminders and assisting with basic exercises as prescribed

Requirements

HCA registration - Home Care Aide Application Process
Valid driver’s license + auto insurance
TB test (or willing to obtain)
Pass background check
Ability to read, write, and speak English
Must reside in or near the South Bay area
