Department Highlights

• Join our 12-bed merged ICU/IMC unit, where we provide flexible, high-quality care for a mix of ICU and Intermediate Care patients based on individual clinical needs.
• Care for a diverse range of medical and surgical diagnoses in a dynamic, evolving environment. While major cardiac recovery is not currently part of our scope, our program is actively growing.
• The unit experiences a mix of acuity that is balanced by shifts which allow for focused, thoughtful patient care—not just constant hustle and bustle.

Here’s What You Need

• Nursing Diploma or Associate’s Degree in Nursing – Required
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing – Preferred
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse in an acute care setting – Required
• 2 or more years of experience in an acute care setting – Preferred
• RN – Registered Nurse License – Required upon hire
• BCLS – Basic Cardiac Life Support – Required prior to providing independent patient care; must be maintained quarterly
• ACLS – Advanced Cardiac Life Support – Required within 90 days of hire
• CPI – Crisis Prevention Intervention Training – Required within 90 days of hire
