ACCOUNTABILITY OBJECTIVE:Plans, develops, directs and coordinates the activities of the Memory Care and is vital in the operation and management of the unique circumstances found on the Memory Care unit. Qualifications 1. Preferred RN licensure in nursing 2. Have excellent communication skills in order to serve as a vital link between the nursing staff, various departments, residents, and visitors.3.
