Selected candidates will receive the training and support needed to become confident, client-ready caregivers. No Experience? We'll Train You! Selected candidates may receive training through the Synergy Care Academy, including PCA coursework, hands-on caregiving skills, competency validation, Synergy orientation, and CPR / First Aid / AED training.
