About the Role:
As an LPN, you will be responsible for:
Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, taking vital signs, and performing routine nursing procedures
Developing and implementing individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment
Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure effective patient care
Demonstrating a commitment to providing patient-centered care, prioritizing our patients' needs and preferences
Responsibilities:
Patient Care: Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, taking vital signs, and performing routine nursing procedures
Communication: Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure effective patient care and promote a positive patient experience
Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment
Teamwork: Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure effective patient care and promote a positive work environment
What We Look For:
Education: Associate's degree in Nursing
Experience: Minimum 0 years of experience as an LPN, with a strong desire to learn and grow in a dynamic healthcare environment
Licensure: Current LPN licensure in the state of NJ or Multistate
