Right at Home South Shore Long Island is searching for a companion caregiver with prior experience in the home health field. We are looking to fill a specific case (female client).

Shift details: Tuesday and Wednesday only from 9:30am-5:30pm each day

Location: Long Beach, NY

Hourly rate: $19.65 per hour

Companion Caregiver Requirements:

You must have a valid NY state driver's license with a clear driving record.
Your own reliable vehicle
Willingness to transport client
Completed medical form that include physical, titers, and PPD within the last 12 months.
2 forms of valid identification
Previous home health caregiving experience
