About the Position:

As an RN Supervisor, you will provide clinical leadership and support to the nursing team while helping ensure residents receive safe, high-quality, person-centered care.

What You'll Do:

Provide clinical guidance and support to nursing staff
Assess, monitor and document residents' physical, emotional and medical needs
Administer medications and treatments as ordered
Oversee individualized resident care plans
Monitor and respond to changes in resident condition
Communicate with residents, families, physicians and interdisciplinary team members
Respond to emergencies and provide appropriate nursing interventions
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Support quality, safety and infection control standards
Help promote a positive and supportive environment for residents and staff
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure quality resident care

Qualifications:

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills
Strong communication and leadership abilities
Compassionate approach to resident care
Ability to work collaboratively with residents, families and the healthcare team
Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
