We are seeking a high-accountability operational leader to help lead and scale our growing healthcare organization supporting SNFs and facility-based care management programs.
This role is responsible for clinical and operational performance, billing readiness, workflow accountability, and coordination across the organization. The right leader will bring structure, accountability, and operational discipline while driving measurable results across teams.
This role will oversee Clinical Directors, support teams, KPI ownership, SOP development, training, compliance, EHR coordination, and performance management. He or she will identify operational gaps, improve communication and accountability across departments, resolve escalations quickly, and ensure strong execution throughout the organization.
Key responsibilities include:
- Full ownership of operational execution across care management programs
- Billing readiness and workflow performance
- KPI dashboards, scorecards, and team performance management
- SOP development, training, and process standardization
- Clinical leadership oversight and cross-functional coordination
- Team accountability, restructuring, and workflow improvement
- Escalation management and operational problem-solving
- Driving consistency, quality, and execution across teams
The ideal candidate is execution-focused, highly organized, and capable of leading teams through growth, change, and operational complexity.
Experience in SNFs, care management, chronic care programs, facility-based healthcare operations, or broader healthcare operations strongly preferred.
