Complete Care at Wall is seeking an experienced and motivated Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our clinical team in Wall, New Jersey. As the Director of Nursing (DON), you will oversee all nursing operations for our 130-bed facility, working closely with facility leadership to support staff, improve outcomes, and create a positive environment for residents and employees alike. The ideal Director of Nursing (DON) will bring energy, accountability, and a hands-on leadership style to help continue building a strong clinical culture.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily clinical operations within the facility
Lead, mentor, and support nursing staff across all shifts
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and company regulations
Monitor clinical outcomes and implement quality improvement initiatives
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance resident care
Support staff development, retention, and education
Manage scheduling, staffing, and clinical workflows
Participate in survey readiness and regulatory processes

Qualifications

Active RN license in New Jersey
Previous experience as a Director of Nursing in skilled nursing preferred
Strong leadership and team-building abilities
Knowledge of long-term care regulations and survey process
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Proven ability to manage clinical operations effectively
