Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Long‑Term Care

Location: Rice Lake, WI

Contract Length: 10 weeks

Hours: 36/48 hours rotating weekly

Shift: Days

Compensation: $1,606 - $1,910 gross per week

Position Summary A respected Long‑Term Care facility in Rice Lake, WI is seeking a reliable LPN for a 10‑week day‑shift contract. This role is ideal for nurses who excel in resident‑centered care and enjoy working in a supportive, steady environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct nursing care to LTC residents

  • Administer medications and treatments

  • Monitor resident conditions and document accurately

  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team

  • Support residents and families with professionalism and compassion

Requirements

  • Active LPN license

  • 1 year LTC experience preferred

  • Current BLS

  • Strong communication and clinical skills
