Cedar Haven Healthcare Center is seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our leadership team at our skilled nursing facility in Lebanon, PA. This role supports the Director of Nursing in overseeing clinical operations and ensuring the delivery of high-quality resident care in compliance with all regulatory standards.

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Pennsylvania
Minimum of two years of supervisory experience in long-term care, hospital, or related healthcare setting
Strong working knowledge of state and federal regulations
Experience working with the geriatric population preferred
