Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver with Flexible Schedule to join our team at SYNERGY HomeCare in Walpole, MA. As a Caregiver, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients while enjoying a flexible schedule. Responsibilities:

  • Provide compassionate and personalized care to clients in their homes, including assistance with daily living activities, medication management, and transportation

  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and colleagues to ensure exceptional care and support

  • Collaborate with the care team to create personalized care plans that meet the unique needs and goals of each client

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client care and services provided

  • Participate in ongoing training and education to stay current with industry best practices and regulations

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required

  • 1 year of experience in caregiving, healthcare, or a related field preferred

  • Ability to provide compassionate and empathetic care to clients

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to lift, transfer, and position clients as needed

  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
