As a Home Health Care Assistant, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients, working flexible weekend and short shifts to provide assistance with daily living activities.

About the Role:

Provide non-medical care and support to clients in their homes, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures
Develop strong relationships with clients, providing emotional support and companionship
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure comprehensive care planning
$19 - $22 HOURLY competitive compensation for your hard work and dedication

Requirements:

1 year of experience in a healthcare setting, or equivalent experience
High School diploma or equivalent required
Ability to lift 25 pounds and stand for long periods
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to work flexible weekend and short shifts, including evenings and holidays
