Position Highlights
- $35 per hour plus commission on services and product sales

Key Responsibilities
- Safely and effectively provide injectable, laser, and skin care treatments
- Meet with patients and design care plans aligned with the patient's aesthetic goals
- Communicate clearly and support patients after visits
- Keep accurate and timely patient records
- Stay up to date on tools, trends, and techniques within the aesthetics industry
- Support practice growth and patient retention
- Work well with the team in meetings and training
- Follow all safety, privacy, and care standards
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Missouri
- Direct experience or obtained certification in aesthetic treatments (injectables, lasers, skin care)
- Flexible availability (every other Saturday required)
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Ability to build trust and long-term patient relationships
- Team-oriented with a willingness to learn and grow

Active Missouri Registered Nurse license in good standing.

1-3 years of aesthetic experience and knowledge of laser hair removal, IPL, radio-frequency micro-needling, energy-based devices, and other esthetic treatments and protocols.

Strong understanding of facial anatomy, aesthetic techniques, and patient safety protocols.

Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems and other healthcare related technologies.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with patients.

Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting, contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.

Demonstrated leadership ability and desire for professional growth.
