Job Location: Franklin, MA

We offer flexible scheduling, including short shifts (1–3 hours), part-time, and full-time opportunities.

About the Role

As a CNA/HHA, you will provide essential in-home care to clients while supporting their independence, comfort, and dignity. You will work closely with clients and our care team to deliver safe, high-quality care in a home setting.

Responsibilities

Provide personal care including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Assist with daily living activities such as meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping
Monitor client condition and report changes to the care team
Support mobility, transfers, and safe movement as needed
Offer companionship and emotional support to clients and families
Follow individualized care plans and communicate updates clearly

Requirements

Active CNA or HHA certification in Massachusetts
At least 1 year of caregiving experience preferred
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to lift, transfer, and assist clients safely
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate, reliable, and client-focused approach
