Services needed for male client who is ambulatory requires companionship, safety/supervision, monitoring mobility/fall prevention, assistance with activities of daily living, light cooking/cleaning, laundry, transportation to errands (must have a valid driver's license) in Ontario, CA 91761

Shift Schedule:

Wednesdays and Fridays: 9am to 5pm

Thursdays: 11:30am to 5pm

Saturdays:1pm to 7pm

Pay rate: $19-21.00 per hour

Personality needed: Need caregiver who takes initiative to complete tasks without being told, proactive, social, positive energy to uplift client emotional needs, organized, structured, and professional at all times

Job Requirements

• Possess a valid driver's license
• Pass a DOJ/FBI criminal background clearance for Home Care Aide registry-state of California
• Physical Exam and TB test is done within 6 months
• 1+ years of work experience as a Home Care Aide, Personal Assist, DSP, or any caregiver one to one in home care. Memory care experience is a plus
• Job Types: Part-time
