  • Provide patient-centered care using the nursing process: assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation

Qualifications

Required

  • Current Montana RN license or compact license

  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (RQI) within 7 days of hire or prior to independent patient care

  • Knowledge of professional nursing practices, patient care standards, and medical terminology

  • Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills

  • Ability to prioritize, adapt to changing patient conditions, and function effectively in a team-based environment

  • Commitment to patient confidentiality and professional standards

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)

  • Minimum of two (2) years of Emergency Department or acute care experience

Emergency Department Certification Timeline

  • ACLS and PALS within 6 months of hire

  • TNCC and ENPC within 1 year of hire
