Pay Rate

$30 – $46/hour (based on experience)
Same Day Pay for all Employees!

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive nursing care in accordance with resident care plans
Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
Assess, monitor, and document residents’ conditions and responses to care
Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members
Ensure compliance with Maryland regulations, policies, and quality standards
Promote a safe, compassionate, and respectful care environment

Requirements

Maryland RN license, valid and in good standing
BLS certification required
Strong clinical judgment, communication, and leadership skills
