We are currently seeking a compassionate and experienced Full-Time RN/LPN Unit Manager to join our team. In this role, you will lead and support nursing staff while ensuring residents receive high-quality, resident-centered care. Responsibilities:
Oversee and maintain the health and well-being of residents on the unit
Serve as a primary point of contact for residents and their families
Address and help prevent concerns from residents and family members
Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans
Supervise, coach, and provide direction or disciplinary action to nursing staff when needed.
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations and policies
Provide hands-on nursing care and medication administration as required
Schedule
Monday through Friday
Day shift schedule
Compensation
$80,000 – $100,000 annually, based on experience
$2,000 Sign-On Bonus

Qualifications
Current and active New Jersey RN License
Previous nursing home management/supervisory experience required
Minimum of 1–2 years of Long-Term Care (LTC) experience required
Strong leadership and communication skills
