Job Summary

As the Director of Nursing RN, you will be responsible for leading our nursing team to deliver exceptional patient care and compassion. You will oversee the planning, organization, and direction of nursing services, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and standards. Your exceptional leadership skills, clinical expertise, and passion for providing high-quality patient care will make a significant impact on our community.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of nurses, promoting a positive and supportive work environment
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and protocols for nursing services
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including HIPAA, OSHA, and Joint Commission standards
• Collaborate with the medical staff and interdisciplinary team to develop patient care plans
• Conduct performance evaluations, provide coaching and mentoring, and participate in recruitment and retention efforts
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and evidence-based research to continually improve nursing services
