OVERVIEW: Assist the Director of Nursing and Assistant Director of Nursing in planning, developing, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing the day-to-day functions of the Nursing Department. Maintains quality clinical care for residents/patients in accordance with current rules, regulations, and guidelines that govern the Facility. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Supervises the clinical care planning and delivery processes to ensure the coordination of quality patient care.
