Greenwood Center for Nursing and Rehab is seeking a Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN) for our skilled nursing facility in Tamaqua, PA.

The Nurse Supervisor RN will direct the performance of nursing personnel under the medical direction of the residents’ attending physicians and the Director of Nursing Services.

Full-Time
Day/Eve Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Rate

Negotiable

Responsibilities

Supervise nursing staff and oversee daily nursing operations
Ensure quality resident care is delivered in accordance with facility policies and procedures
Coordinate resident care with attending physicians and interdisciplinary team members
Monitor resident conditions and ensure appropriate documentation is completed
Assist with admissions, discharges, and resident assessments as needed
Support and mentor nursing staff to maintain high standards of care
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Pennsylvania
Supervisory experience in long-term care required
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively with residents, families, and staff
