Central Admissions Nurse (LPN/RN Required) Greenwood Center for Nursing | Tamaqua, PA Greenwood Center for Nursing is seeking a dynamic Central Admissions Nurse to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will drive admissions, build strong referral relationships, and ensure seamless transitions for residents throughout the Scranton area . Position Summary The Central Admissions Nurse is responsible for reviewing referrals, obtaining insurance authorizations, coordinating admissions, and serving as a clinical resource for referral partners. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical knowledge of skilled nursing services and experience navigating the admissions process from referral through admission.
