What You'll Do

Provide leadership and supervision to nursing staff, ensuring high-quality care delivery.
Oversee and coordinate resident care plans, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team.
Conduct regular assessments of residents' health status and update care plans as needed.
Act as a resource for nursing staff, providing guidance and support.
Assist in training and orientation of new employees.
Handle any emergencies or issues that arise during shifts, following established protocols.
Perform other duties as required to provide exceptional care to each resident.

What You Need

Active unencumbered licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Virginia.
Demonstrated leadership abilities with strong focus on teamwork and collaboration.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly organized and detail oriented.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
This is a salaried/exempt position; with a rotating weekend.

Certified Medication Aide CMA - Shift Supervisor Position Summary: Lead shift and team members in coordination with Director of Health and Wellness, ADON, and RCC. Administer oral and topical medications to residents. This individual must perform these tasks as ordered by a physician, under the supervision of a licensed nurse, and in accordance with state and federal rules and regulations. Also, must perform routine daily tasks required in maintaining the health, comfort and wellbeing of the residents. Certified Medication Aide CMA - Essential Responsibilities: Administers medications as ordered by a physician under the supervision of a licensed nurse, in accordance with any state and federal regulations and consistent with community policy.
