Job Overview

Manages a single/multiple clinics, providing ambulatory patient care services. By managing daily operations and patient care activities. Ensures staff provide high-quality, accessible, cost-effective, and patient-focused services to patients across the continuum that comply with local, state, and federal requirements. Implements and supervises the maintenance of clinical practice standards, budgets, and staff development. Assists in integrating services/operations with nursing standards of practice, service priorities, and performance/outcome measures, as well as with business, departmental, and organizational goals/objectives.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or four (4) years of experience in a directly related healthcare field required

  • Master’s Degree Preferred

  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required

  • California Registered Nursing License  

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in ambulatory care or other relevant healthcare experience required, or Minimum of 2 years of experience in leadership capacity

  • BLS certification required.

  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Pay for this job starts at $104,000.00 annually
