Wellness Director / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities include:

  • Recruit, hire, train, supervise, manage, develop schedules and assure adequate resident care department staffing 24/7 according to PSL policies, procedures, and standards

  • Establish and maintain a medication system which adheres to state, federal, and company laws, regulations, and guidelines including maintaining accurate documentation, training resident medication assistants, communicating with physicians, pharmacies and responsible parties

  • Work collaboratively with all Peregrine team members, service providers, residents, and their families to ensure the highest quality of care and lifestyle including coordinating and providing therapeutic interventions from move-in, through discharge, via developing and educating all care staff on individualized resident service plans

  • As the Resident Care Director, lead the Resident Care Department within budget and according to PSL policies, procedures, and standards, maintaining adequate resident care supplies

  • Act as a liaison for all aspects related to resident care within the community as the Director of Wellness/ Resident Care

Wellness Director / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Education & Experience:

  • A registered nurse, licensed practical nurse, or licensed vocational nurse licensed to practice as required by state regulations preferred

  • Case management experience preferred

  • Experience and knowledge in all aspects of senior living, including assisted living, memory care, and enhanced assisted living preferred
