About the Licensed Practical Nurse LPN Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse LPN to join our team. As a LPN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, including administering medications, observing and reporting changes in residents' conditions, and participating in care planning. Licensed Practical Nurse LPN Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled nursing care to residents, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and documenting patient data
