We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Medication Aide to join our team at Premier Living and Healthcare Center. As a vital member of our care team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents. Responsibilities:

  • Administer medications to residents as prescribed by medical staff, under the supervision of a licensed nurse

  • Assists with vital sign checks, such as taking temperatures, blood pressures, and pulse rates

  • Monitors and reports any changes in resident condition to licensed nursing staff

  • Assists with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and toileting

  • Provides emotional support and companionship to residents

  • Maintains accurate and timely records of medication administration and resident care

Requirements:

  • Must be certified as a Medication Aide in the state of North Carolina

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
