BayCare Health Systems is currently seeking an experienced a Behavioral Health Charge RN to join our outstanding and compassionate team at Morton Plant Behavioral Health in Clearwater, FL !

Location: Clearwater, FL
Status: Full-Time
Exempt: No
Shift Hours: 6:45 AM - 7:15 PM
Shift: Days
Weekend Work: Every Other
On Call: No

The Charge Nurse is proficient in the care of a patient population utilizing effective managerial skills.

The Charge Nurse Is Responsible For:

Acting as a professional role model for other members of the nursing team.
Developing self and team members and sharing organizational information.

Required

Certifications and Licensures:

BLS (Basic Life Support)
RN (Registered Nurse)
Nurse Specialty - preferred

Education:

Bachelor's in Nursing -

Required

or approved psych certification obtained within 7 months of hire.

Experience:

2 year RN in an Acute Care Setting
1 year of leadership experience -
