This role supports comprehensive cardiovascular care across inpatient, outpatient, procedural, consultative, and specialty cardiac programs. Responsibilities The APP Manager partners closely with physician, nursing, and operational leadership to advance strategic priorities, optimize APP practice models, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered cardiovascular care. Responsibilities include: APP workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and retention Performance management and professional development Oversight of staffing, scheduling, and clinical deployment Advancement of quality, operational, and patient care initiatives Development and optimization of APP practice models across Heart & Vascular Services This role also maintains a clinical practice component to support ongoing competency and engagement in cardiovascular patient care.
