The Paramount at Somers Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is seeking an experienced and motivated RN Unit Manager to oversee clinical operations for a designated nursing unit. This is a great opportunity to join a collaborative leadership team in a fast-paced rehabilitation and long-term care environment. Position Overview The RN Unit Manager is responsible for coordinating and supervising nursing services on an assigned unit, ensuring high-quality resident care while maintaining compliance with all applicable standards and regulations.
