Job Summary:

We are seeking experienced caregivers to join our team at SYNERGY HomeCare of Conroe, an independently owned and operated, award-winning agency. As a caregiver with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will have the opportunity to provide meaningful care to people of all ages and abilities, ensuring their well-being in the comfort of their own homes.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide attention to clients' non-medical needs, including companionship, social engagement, and assistance with personal care needs

  • Assist clients with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders

  • Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers

  • Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts
