Job Description:

We are seeking reliable and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for both part-time and full-time opportunities in home care settings. This role is ideal for caregivers who want flexible scheduling, stable hours, or a mix of consistent and extra shifts.

You will provide essential support to clients in their homes, helping them with daily living activities while ensuring comfort, dignity, and safety.

Responsibilities:

Assist with personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support
Support mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation
Help with meal preparation and feeding assistance when needed
Provide companionship and emotional support
Perform light housekeeping and maintain a safe home environment
Observe and report changes in client condition
Follow individualized care plans and instructions

Requirements:

Active CNA certification required (HHA/PCA experience is a plus)
Prior caregiving or home care experience preferred
Dependable, professional, and compassionate
Ability to work independently in a home setting
Strong communication and reliability

Shifts Available:
(day, night, overnight, live-in, weekend, weekdays, short shifts)

Collaborates with members of the Interdisciplinary Team to assure appropriateness and continuity of care. Carries out non-skilled treatments including, but not limited to vital signs, transfers, toileting, bathing, dressing at the PACE Center and in the community. Assists the Supervisor, Recreational Activities and other activities staff with individual and group programs by helping to plan individual treatment programs, increasing participants’ motivation to participate, assisting participants to participate when needed, and assisting with evaluation of program effectiveness. Assists registered therapists and certified therapy assistants with treatments and participant-specific activities which are ordered for each participant and assigned by the registered therapist including, but not limited to, positioning, transfers, ambulation, and exercises. Maintains a clean and safe working and/or living environment in the PACE center and/or participants’ homes. Assists with meal and snack preparation, serving, feeding as needed, and clean-up. Uses safe techniques in all interactions with participants at the PACE Center and in participants’ homes.
