  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to promote coordinated care and deliver optimal outcomes for residents
  • Actively monitoring and ensuring compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations, accreditation standards, and organizational policies
  • Scheduling and conducting regular audits to assess nursing care quality and pinpoint areas where improvements can be made

Qualifications and Skills

  • Valid state-issued RN license
  • At least 1 year of experience as a charge nurse or in a supervisory role within the last 5 years
