Kadima at Lakeside, a highly-rated 31-bed facility in Dallas, Pennsylvania, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our dynamic team. As a Per Diem Registered Nurse, you will provide exceptional nursing services to our residents, delivering personalized care with a focus on their unique needs and preferences.

Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality nursing care to residents, including administering medications, performing assessments, and developing individually tailored care plans
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless coordination of care and effective communication with residents and families
Maintain accurate and timely records of resident care and progress
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements:

Must possess a Registered Nurse License in PA
