Job Responsibilities

Providing resident-focused, high-quality care while working as a RN in post-acute facilities
Developing individualized care plans for residents in coordination with the wider medical team
Reviewing care options with clinicians, nursing staff, residents, and their family members
Setting up and using medical equipment and devices as needed for effective care

Required Qualifications: Current and unrestricted RN licensure in state of practice 1+ years of Home Health experience Current Driver's License, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation Current CPR Certification Ability to function in any home situation regardless of age, race, creed, color, sex, disability, or financial condition of the client Preferred Qualifications: Ability to work independently Solid communication, writing, and organizational skills Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $28.27 to $50.48 per hour based on full-time employment.
