As a Nurse Supervisor you are instrumental in managing operations of your assigned unit. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at The Grove Elmhurst by assisting with supervising the activities of all clinical staff on your assigned unit, providing guidance and education to clinical staff, assisting with instilling a positive and inclusive facility culture, ensuring established infection prevention practices are maintained and ensuring adequate staffing for our resident's needs. Obtain /assist in wound specimen collection as ordered by the physician. M. Update the family/responsible party and attending physician for any changes on wound assessment. N. Assist in developing a written plan of care for each customer that identifies the problems/needs of the customer and be able to evaluate the delivery of care. O. Attends and actively participate in customer care plan conference. P. Consult with other nurses, management, and other related health professionals to assist in assessing, planning and delivering and evaluating patient care. Q.
